Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is excited to announce its Annual Physical Day, taking place this Saturday, August 10th. This event is a fantastic opportunity for all students and student athletes to receive a free physical examination, ensuring they are ready for the upcoming school year and sports season.
To participate, students must bring their LHSAA Medical History Evaluation Form and have it signed by a parent or guardian. We will be offering these services starting at 8 a.m., so please ensure you arrive no later than 10 a.m. to take advantage of this opportunity.
