Our team of therapists are all independent providers who work with physicians all over Louisiana, as well as Texas and Mississippi, to provide our patients with experienced, professional care right here at home. Spine Rehab
Spine rehab is about treating the cause of the problem and guiding our clients through a treatment plan so they can enjoy every day activities. Our therapists will provide a comprehensive evaluation of each patient formulate a plan of treatment to address all their needs.
Manual Therapy
Our staff of therapists have been trained in various manual therapy techniques which provide our patients with the highest level of care available in Central Louisiana. These services include: Dry needling, Cupping, Joint Mobilization, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Myofascial Release.
Custom Splinting
Many injuries require custom splinting to help promote proper healing and allow patients to still function with their daily lives. Our certified hand therapist has the advanced training and experience to design and fabricate both static and dynamic splints for fractures, tendon repairs, nerve injuries, etc.
Post-Rehab Strengthening
For patients who complete their rehabilitation following an injury or surgery but would like to participate in a structured strengthening and conditioning program with an athletic trainer/personal trainer. The purpose of this program is to help patients achieve personal goals so they can perform at a higher level and learn ways to improve their overall health and/or prevent re-injury.

How To Become a Patient
- You will need a signed referral from a physician, NP, PA, podiatrist, or chiropractor for therapy.
- A referral can be brought in to the clinic, faxed to (318) 442-0562, or scanned and emailed to us at stacy.deville@midstateortho.com.
- If you need one of our referral forms, click on the link in Form Downloads box and this can be signed by your provider.
- Our office can accept a therapy referral even if it is not on our letterhead.
- Once our office receives a copy of your referral, we can schedule your first therapy appointment.
