Leesville, LA — Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is proud to announce the expansion of its services into the Leesville community with a new clinic location at 908 South 10th St., Suite A, Leesville, LA 71446. This new site reinforces Mid State’s commitment to increasing access to high-quality orthopedic care across Central Louisiana.
The Leesville clinic will operate every other Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing patients with convenient access to expert evaluation and treatment for a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
Care at the Leesville location will be provided by Rashad Sullivan, MD, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction, alongside Mark Carbo, PA-C, an experienced physician assistant dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.
